Every driver goes through a rigorous qualification process — CDL verification, employment history, background checks, drug screening, and continuous MVR monitoring through SambaSafety. We don't lower the bar to fill a seat. The standard stays the same regardless of market conditions.
On the equipment side, we operate a full in-house maintenance shop and hold every truck and trailer to the same strict preventive schedule. Brakes, tires, lights, electrical — inspected, documented, and signed off before any unit leaves the yard. We don't defer maintenance. We don't skip steps.
Then we layer on modern technology. Every truck is equipped with a Samsara 3-camera system designed to protect the road, the driver, and the cargo. PressurePro monitors tire pressure in real time. Collision mitigation systems intervene before accidents happen.
